These terms apply when you use pueblocomputerhelp.com or bring a device to Pueblo Computer Help & Repair, 2727 N Elizabeth St, Pueblo, CO 81003.
Estimates and repairs
Diagnostics and estimates are free on most devices. We tell you the price before we start paid work. If we cannot fix it, you do not pay for that repair. Parts and successful specialized work (such as data recovery) follow the prices listed on the site.
Appointments
Online booking is a request. We confirm by phone, text, or email. Shop hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Saturday is by appointment. Sunday is closed.
Payment
We accept cash and cards through PayPal on this site. Card data is handled by PayPal, not stored on our web server.
Website use
Do not misuse the booking or payment forms. We may refuse service or bookings that look fraudulent.
