If you book an appointment or contact us, we collect the name, phone number, email, service type, preferred date and time, and the problem you describe. If you consent, we send appointment reminders by text. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card number on this website.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule repairs, confirm appointments, send reminders you agreed to, and process payment. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Shop staff. PayPal for card payments. Our email and text providers, only to send the messages you requested.
How long we keep it
Appointment and repair records are kept as long as needed to do the work and for normal business records. You can ask us to update or delete contact details by calling the shop.
Texts
If you check the SMS box, we may text appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
