Windows 10 support has ended — we can still get you onto Windows 11

Microsoft stopped security updates for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. That date is behind us. If you’re still on 10, the PC still runs — it just doesn’t get those patches. We do a backup, a clean Windows 11 install, and put your files back. Older machines Microsoft says “can’t upgrade” are often fine with a clean install. If we can’t do it, you don’t pay.

Five steps (not four)

1. Bring the PC in. Walk-ins during hours, or book.
2. We back up documents, photos, and what we can from the browser.
3. Clean install of Windows 11.
4. Drivers, Defender, the free office suite we already list.
5. Restore your stuff and you pick it up.
