Remote help from a shop you can actually drive to

Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM · Saturday by appointment · Sunday closed

I’m Adam Mossberger. Pueblo Computer Help, 2727 N Elizabeth St. This is not a pop-up “Microsoft called, download this now” page. If someone cold-called you and sent you here, hang up and call us yourself at the number on the door.

How this works

You call or we call you. You download the file below — it’s our shop’s copy of RustDesk, pointed at our server. You run it. I see your screen. We stay on the phone the whole time. When we’re done, you close the program. That’s it.

Good for: viruses, email that won’t send, printers, “it’s been slow for a year,” helping your folks without a drive to town. Not good for: cracked screens, dead hard drives, anything we have to open with a screwdriver. That still comes to the bench — or we drive out.

Windows will probably warn you. That’s SmartScreen, not a virus scan.

Windows SmartScreen pops up on programs Microsoft hasn’t seen a million times. Our shop tool isn’t in the Microsoft Store. The box that says “Windows protected your PC” is Windows being cautious, not proof the file is bad.

If that feels weird — good. Call (719) 629-7837 first. We’ll wait on the line while you click. Don’t run anything a stranger emailed you. Don’t click “Run anyway” because a webpage yelled at you. Click it because you called the shop on Elizabeth Street and I’m on the phone.

If Windows says More info, that’s where Run anyway lives. You’re allowing our unsigned shop tool, not “turning off Windows.” Close it and call us if you’re not sure.
