What it usually looks like

Pop-ups that won’t quit. A browser home page you never picked. Toolbars you didn’t install. A computer that got slow overnight. Fake “your PC is infected, call this number” screens. Email sending stuff you didn’t write. Laptops and desktops, Windows and Mac — if it’s acting strange, bring it to the counter.

Hang up. Then call us yourself at (719) 629-7837. Don’t let a stranger on the phone into your computer. If you already let them in, bring the machine in or call us and we’ll talk through what to do next.

How we do it

You bring the computer in during hours, or book a time. I look at it and tell you what I see and what it costs. Your documents and photos come first — we save what we can before we clean anything. Then we clean it up, check it over, and you pick it up.

If it’s software-only and you can’t get to town, remote support is an option: you call, we stay on the phone, and I work on your screen. If the machine is too far gone, a clean Windows 11 install with your files put back may be the better fix. We’ll say so before we start.

How long it takes

Same-day when we can. Some machines take longer. We tell you the timeline when we check it in, not after.
