Switch and Switch OLED · 30-day warranty
A Switch that won’t charge is a common problem. Switches get carried everywhere, they get dropped, and the charging port on the bottom takes a beating. Bring your Nintendo Switch or Switch OLED to Pueblo Computer Help, 2727 N Elizabeth St. Switch repair is $109.99 labor plus parts with a 30-day warranty. If we don’t fix it, you don’t pay.
Signs your Switch needs repair
- It won’t charge, or only charges with the cable held a certain way.
- It doesn’t show up on the TV when you put it in the dock.
- The battery icon never moves, even after a night on the charger.
- The USB-C port is loose, bent, or packed with lint.
- It won’t turn on at all.
Try this first
Use the Nintendo charger that came with it, not a phone charger. Leave it plugged in for at least half an hour, then hold the power button for about 12 seconds to restart it. Check the port with a flashlight for lint. If it still won’t charge, bring it in.
What we do
We look at the Switch on the bench, find what’s keeping it from charging or turning on, and tell you the price before we fix it. Diagnostics and estimates are free on most devices. Labor is $109.99, and parts are extra. If a used part we already have in the shop does the job, it’s included. We tell you what the part costs before we order anything.
